除夕手工發糕

黑糖發糕.  低筋面粉 200g, 黑糖60~80g 加入水煮沸共200g, 放涼與低筋麵粉攪拌均勻至無顆粒.  
水要煮沸再放進去蒸才會發的漂亮喔.

2/17 3:31pm P.S. 要加1/4 泡打粉.
