滷大雞腿

材料: 醬油, 台灣米酒, 蒜頭,乾辣椒, 花椒, 薑片3-4片,水.  先川燙在下去滷.  中小火滷約25-30分.

如要顏色油亮發光,要先炒糖,辣椒, 蔥一把,幾片薑片量要以雞腿數量下去拿捏.  這次沒炒.
